Salesforce’s entire business is built on trust and security, with over 150,000 businesses trust Salesforce to safeguard their data in the cloud.
A few days ago Salesforce announced the newest feature to our Trust status site: Trust Notifications.
Trust Notifications are designed to keep us up-to-date regarding incidents and maintenances pertaining to our instance(s) of interest. By subscribing you can receive email notifications of choice when Trust is updated in real-time.
You can customize your subscription settings to receive Trust Notifications most relevant to you, in the language of your choice, and update your subscription preferences at any time.
As easy as 1, 2, 3:
- Go to https://status.salesforce.com
- Select your instance of interest > Subscribe (includes enter email & language)
- You can manage your notifications subscriptions:
Note that for Sandbox related notifications once refreshed it won’t be adjusted, so just make sure you verify the instance that you are subscribed to.
One more feature which is particularly interesting, there has been a notification added when you navigate to ‘Help & Training’ when logged in. This will display notifications depending on who you are logged in as the running user.
There have been a lot of improvements around system notifications recently, watch this space as there is sure to be more!
