It’s Dreamforce time again! The streets of San Francisco have been taken over by Trailblazers navigating this year’s packed schedule.

A picture paints a thousand words – here’s what happened on the first day of Dreamforce 2026…

Inside Dreamforce

The SF Ben team has their badges and is exploring all Dreamforce has to offer. From relaxing in the park to walking around the campground, there’s so much to see.

The Main Keynote

Dreamforce began in classic fashion with Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff taking the stage for the keynote, highlighting major innovations, such as Claudeforce, Slackforce Surfaces, and AIforce.

While this year’s address stood out for unique moments – like Benioff’s dynamic exchange with Jensen Huang and an interesting note about how many former Salesforce staff have moved to Anthropic – it also focused on core product debuts without a single feature overshadowing the rest.

Together, these announcements reflect a cohesive strategy from Salesforce: delivering enhanced CRM capabilities powered by AI, seamlessly integrated into whichever workspace you use.

SF Ben Bites & Insights

Dreamforce attendees enjoyed lunch with SF Ben and Vonage to explore the OpenCTI Retirement and the Path to Agentic AI. The conversation was flowing (as well as the coffee), and everyone left pumped up for the rest of day one.

Party Time

There’s plenty of opportunity to “let your hair down” alongside all the learning at Dreamforce.

This year’s go-to party (in our completely unbiased opinion) happened last night. But with DJ SF Ben on the decks, there was no doubt it was going to be a smash hit.
