7 Must-See Dreamforce ’25 Keynotes To Stream at Home
Dreamforce is almost here, and the agenda builder is now live! There are 45 keynotes this year – but don’t worry if you won’t be in San Francisco, they are all available to stream on Salesforce+. Picking what to watch can be tricky, so we’ve picked out seven keynotes that you definitely shouldn’t miss.
This is not a complete list by any means; these are just some “key” keynotes! You can check out the full agenda here.
1. Main Keynote: Dreamforce 2025
“Join Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff and guests to explore what it means to become an agentic enterprise where humans and AI agents work together to drive customer success.”
The Dreamforce main keynote is the landmark event, with all the latest and greatest Salesforce announcements! Tune in to see the one and only Marc Benioff as he kicks off Dreamforce with a session on the latest developments.
2. Agentforce Keynote: Become an Agentic Enterprise
“Join us to see how Agentforce is powering the agentic enterprise to deliver customer success. Hear the latest announcements and see how customers are successfully building and deploying AI agents.”
Last year, we said that Agentforce is “set to be the next buzzword in the Salesforce ecosystem”. It seems it is still ‘full steam ahead’ this year, with Agentforce cropping up as a major topic in many other keynotes.
However, with Agentforce facing persistent skepticism, Salesforce will want to boost adoption by showing that its AI tool is as transformative for companies as it claims. Expect use cases and some big announcements.
3. Admin Keynote: Admins Ignite the Agentic Enterprise
“Discover how Salesforce Admins power the Agentic Enterprise by building and customizing agents, configuring the agentic platform, and safeguarding trust.”
Sticking with the format of last year’s Dreamforce, Salesforce Admins are getting their own keynote speech.
Mike Gerholdt, Tiaan Kruger, Kate Lessard, Gillian Bruce, and Lisa Dick are sure to provide admins with some goodies. With AI and automation as the focus, expect to see more on how admins can use ever more powerful agents to configure their orgs, alongside strengthened guardrails. Also expect more details on new Flow features, such as the Action Hub.
4. Developer Keynote
“Discover new developer tools to build the future of apps with AI and data. Learn how to create the Agentic Enterprise with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Slack, and the deeply unified Salesforce Platform.”
We described last year’s Developer’s Keynotes as a “from-the-hip code-oriented demofest”, so we’re expecting to see another showcase of how to do bigger things with the help of AI. We also expect more platform integration announcements.
5. The Future of Well-Architected Panel
“Join us for an inside look at what’s next for Well-Architected. Discover the program’s evolving vision, hear insights from the leaders shaping its direction, ask your questions, and share feedback.”
This one is not a traditional keynote – rather, it is a panel discussion to follow the relaunch of the Well-Architected Program at Dreamforce. The closing of the highly valued program – an initiative to support Salesforce teams to build solutions with best practices in mind – received backlash from within the ecosystem.
The return of the program is bound to please many. With the unique format of this keynote, expect more engagement – the community managed to bring the program back, and may well influence the direction it takes in the future.
6. IT Keynote: Build and Govern the Agentic Enterprise
“Unlock the Agentic Enterprise. Learn eight design principles for IT to connect, govern, and secure your systems, and see new innovations in observability, agent-to-agent collaboration, and security.”
Salesforce has been drifting towards the ITSM space all year, but Marc Benioff recently confirmed it will make its move into the market at Dreamforce. You can expect to hear more about this, along with more on how Agentforce agents can help your IT systems run smoothly.
7. Security Keynote: Leading with Trust in the Agentic Era
“From social engineering to supply chain attacks, the threat landscape is rapidly evolving. Learn how Salesforce partners with you to protect your Agentic Enterprise and lead with trust.”
Security is always of utmost importance – a recent wave of attacks has only served to remind us of this. Tune into this keynote to learn about current tactics used in social engineering attacks, and how to configure your org to keep those hackers out. Expect more on AI-related security, too.
Final Thoughts
