With job titles changing and new AI roles being created, conversations about Salesforce salaries seem to involve more and more guesswork. How do you know if what you’re currently earning is a fair reflection of your experience? We run our Salary Survey every year for this exact reason. If you’d like a clearer view of where you sit in the market, the 2026-27 edition is now open!
By taking some time to share your experience, skills, and compensation, you’ll be helping the wider community understand how both salaries and job satisfaction are trending across different Salesforce roles. Once the results are in, we’ll have a good understanding of how things have changed since last year’s findings – hopefully for the better.
How to Get Involved
The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete, and all you need to do is click the link below to get started. The survey is divided into the following sections:
- About You: A short section about your background and work environment.
- Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: Your professional experience and technical know-how.
- Compensation: A few questions about your annual earnings.
- Satisfaction: A reflection on how you feel about your current role.
- Current Job Market: Your thoughts about the market for Salesforce professionals right now.
As you finish the survey, you may enter our optional prize draw. Five winners will be picked at random to receive a $100 gift card. Winners will be contacted w/c November 23, 2026.
Your Input Matters
As with any survey, the more people respond, the more accurate and useful the results will be. So whether you’re an admin just starting out or you’re a seasoned architect – or any Salesforce professional – we’d love to hear from you. The survey will be open for around three weeks. We’ll then analyze the data and share our key takeaways with you over the coming months.
Final Thoughts
Thanks for making time to take part! And why not share our survey with a colleague or two? Every response makes our data richer, and our insights better – for the whole community.
