The Bennys 2025: Salesforce Ben Content Awards

By Lauren Metcalf

It’s the most wonderful time of SF Ben’s year! Every December, we take stock of our community’s achievements and celebrate their enthusiasm and expertise.

Let’s raise a virtual toast to this year’s winners! These true Trailblazers are being crowned for the fantastic content they delivered throughout 2025.

What Are the Bennys?

The Benny Awards are our annual celebration, recognizing the year’s top content and contributors. This event distinguishes the best content creators across a range of categories.

For each category, we will announce a winner and a runner-up. The criteria for winning are based on a variety of factors, including creativity, expertise, and audience ‘lovability’.

And now, without further delay, we are excited to present the 2025 Benny winners…

Top Admin Content

This year’s admin content winner is Robert Gelo, helping you learn How to Gather Salesforce Requirements Like a Boss (including a handy infographic).

Not too far behind is one of our expert authors, Tom Bassett, with A Salesforce Admin’s Guide to Auditing Connected Apps.

Top Developer Content

David Picksley is our winner for developer content, with The Ideal Framework for Architecting Salesforce Lightning Web Components, where he introduced us to his aptly named PICKLES framework.

In at number two is Jumber Mdivnishvili with his helpful guide: Master Queueable Apex: When, Why, and How to Use It.

Top Architect Content

Our architect content winner is Sebastian Wagner, as he shares his 10 Tips for Salesforce Architects (and Everyone Else) to Supercharge Their Career, with advice that will help you long into the future.

And in second place is another expert author, Caitlin Graaf, with 10 Steps to Developing Salesforce Solution Designs.

Another expert author enters the list! Stacy O’Leary’s Salesforce Consultant Salary Guide 2025: Key Trends and Analysis is in second place.

We love Flow at SF Ben, even having a full month dedicated to it this year. The winner for Flow content is Viktoriya Mishchuk with 10 Salesforce Flow Formula Limitations and How to Solve Them.

Our resident Flow expert (who recently joined the SF Ben team officially) Tim Combridge takes second place with his release roundup, 10 New Salesforce Flow Features in Spring ‘25.

Top AI Content

There’s no escaping AI in the tech space, and the sessions at Dreamforce 2025 were no exception. Timo Kovala covered details of this in his winning post: Complete Roundup of the Agentforce Keynote at Dreamforce ’25.

Mike Bogan is the AI content runner-up, explaining the emergence of New Salesforce Jobs in the Metadata-Powered AI Era.
