Agentforce Developer Org
You know by now that the best way to learn is to get hands-on, and there’s no better place to do that than a developer org (because obviously we’re not playing in production!). As always, a developer org isn’t just for Developers!!
In early 2025, Salesforce launched a new edition that now comes complete with Agentforce and Data Cloud.
This free org enables you to:
- Build apps fast with drag-and-drop tools
- Go further with Apex code
- Build AI agents with Agentforce
- Harmonize your data with Data Cloud
- Ground Agentforce with structured and unstructured data
- Integrate with anything using APIs
Keep in mind that developer orgs can expire if not used regularly. Salesforce notes that they may terminate any org inactive for 45 days.

Trailhead and Agentblazer Status
Salesforce offers numerous Trailhead trails and modules focused on AI and Agentforce, many of which are integrated into the Agentblazer Status program, a structured learning journey that offers three levels of learning designed to match your experience and confidence with AI.

Agentblazer Champion
This is the perfect place to start if you’re new to AI and Agentforce. You’ll learn the core concepts, including Data Cloud and governance, and get hands-on support to build your first agent. By the end, you’ll have a solid foundation to build on as you explore more advanced features.
Agentblazer Innovator
Once you’ve mastered the basics, the next step is to start applying what you’ve learned. As an Innovator, you’ll identify real business use cases and use Salesforce’s Agent Builder to create custom agents. You’ll learn how to configure Agentforce for both Service and Sales, helping your organization achieve measurable results while tackling everyday business challenges.
Agentblazer Legend
At this level, you’ll take your skills to the next stage. Legends develop a deeper understanding of advanced Agentforce capabilities and learn how to design complex strategies to manage and customize the full agent lifecycle. Completing this stage prepares you for the Agentforce Specialist Certification, positioning you as a true expert in the field.

Agentforce Specialist Certification
The only certification to prove your Agentforce expertise is the Agentforce Specialist. It is a deep-dive-style certification into generative AI and agents within Salesforce. You’ll be expected to configure and apply Agentforce in Salesforce according to use cases.
The exam covers five topics.
The Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification is also free on your first attempt until December 31, 2025.
