Salesforce Talent Alliance Career Cohorts Fall 2024
Applications are currently open for Fall 2024. There are several cohorts available across different regions and focus areas:

Salesforce Talent Alliance Course Timeline and Benefits
The program runs from September to January and includes a blend of live sessions and self-guided learning. You can expect to spend around 10 hours per week on live sessions, homework, and engaging with the online community. While live attendance is encouraged, all sessions will be recorded for those who cannot attend live.
The program covers a wide range of topics, including:
- Meeting your cohort and mapping your Salesforce learning path.
- Leveraging transferable skills and building your online portfolio.
- Enhancing your resume and acing interviews.
- Professional skills development and gaining hands-on experience with Clicked Experiences.
Once you complete the program, you’ll have continued access to your cohort’s community (great for ongoing peer support), session recordings, and future webinars. There’s also a private LinkedIn group for Talent Alliance alumni. Most importantly, you’ll receive opportunities for automatic interviews with Talent Alliance employers. Am I Eligible?
The program is open to candidates who’ve not yet earned a Salesforce certification and are new to the Salesforce ecosystem.
This program is ideal for self-starters with a basic proficiency in technology and a strong motivation to build a career in the Salesforce ecosystem. No prior Salesforce certification is required.
