Dreamforce Speakers 2025: Sundar Pichai, Ellen Pompeo, Marc Benioff, and More
Dreamforce is nearly upon us, with several big-name speakers, including Sundar Pichai, Ellen Pompeo, and of course, Marc Benioff, set to speak at the biggest event in the Salesforce calendar.
The event is set to take place in San Francisco on October 14-16. Here’s who is going to be speaking.
Marc Benioff
As Founder and CEO of Salesforce, Marc Benioff needs no introduction.
The main keynote is typically Marc’s baby, operating as a vehicle for him to make the biggest news and the biggest statements for his audience.
At the Dreamforce 2024 keynote, the theme of the day was very much Agentforce, with an introduction, explanation, and live demo of the agentic AI product.
Marc founded Salesforce in 1999 and, over the next 26 years, steered it towards becoming the third-largest enterprise software company in the world.
This might sound obvious to most people in the Salesforce community, but for any newcomers reading this, if you tune in for just one Dreamforce event, it should probably be Marc’s speech.
Sundar Pichai
CEO of Google and Alphabet, Sundar Pichai, joined the search engine giant in 2004, helping lead the development of Google Toolbar and Google Chrome.
In 2014, he took over product, engineering, and research efforts for all of Google’s products and platforms, including Search, Maps, Communications, Google Play, Commerce, and Ads – along with a range of cloud-based solutions for consumers, businesses, and education known as Google Workspace (G Suite) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
He became Google’s Chief Executive Officer in August 2015 after years of working closely with Google’s co-founders, Larry Page and Sergey Brin.
Sundar joined the Board of Directors of Alphabet, Google’s parent company, in July 2017.
At Dreamforce, he is expected to share how his teams are advancing AI to “transform businesses by combining humans and AI agents to expand what’s possible across innovation, productivity, and impact”. Google’s main conferences, Next and I/O are in the Spring, which means it’s been a while since their product announcements. We wouldn’t expect them to make any of their own announcements at Dreamforce, but we may get some ideas as to where Google is headed in the next few months.
Ellen Pompeo
Ellen Pompeo is an actress and producer who was catapulted to stardom while playing Dr Meredith Grey in Grey’s Anatomy (2005-2025).
Her other film roles include appearances in Old School (2003), Daredevil (2003), Art Heist (2004), and Life of the Party (2005).
She also founded the production company, Calamity Jane.
Salesforce says that, as an acclaimed actor and producer, Ellen champions equity and representation on and off screen.
Attendees will be able to “Hear how she leverages her platform to advocate for meaningful change in entertainment”, Salesforce says.
Matthew McConaughey
Academy Award-Winning Actor, NYT Bestselling Author & Salesforce Brand Partner, Matthew McConaughey has become something of a staple at Salesforce events – often appearing on big screens to tell us everything we need to know about Agentforce.
Salesforce says that McConaughey, who is “known for blending purpose with storytelling on screen and off”, will explore how narrative, reflection, and intention can transform leadership, branding, and connection.
Bozoma Saint John
Marketing powerhouse and bestselling author Bozoma Saint John has shaped iconic brands with bold vision and authenticity.
At Dreamforce, she will bring that same lens to Dreampitch, weighing in on how AI-powered innovation can drive impact on our planet and beyond, Salesforce says.
Andrew Ng
Andrew Ng is an AI visionary and entrepreneur, and the Founder of DeepLearning.AI and Managing General Partner of AI Fund.
At Dreamforce, he will share insights from building AI startups and how rapid prototyping and smart tech choices help enterprises build, scale, and deploy impactful AI.
Brian Niccol
Chairman and CEO of Starbucks, Brian Niccol, is set to reveal how reinvention and customer loyalty create enduring impact, according to Salesforce.
Kumail Nanjiani
Oscar- and Emmy-nominated comedian and actor Kumail Nanjiani will be closing Dreamforce with a comedy hour.
America Ferrera
Actor and producer America Ferrera, who has starred in Ugly Betty and Barbie, will be championing “why inclusive storytelling matters”, according to Salesforce.
“It’s powerful, relatable, and it sells,” the company says.
May Habib
May Habib, CEO of WRITER, is redefining how enterprises work, arming them with an end-to-end platform to automate workflows, elevate decision-making, and unlock the full potential of their workforce through transformative AI agents, according to Salesforce.
