Here at SalesforceBen.com, we think we know a thing or two about CRMs. That’s why we’ve decided to shift our focus from being a Salesforce news site, to developing our very own CRM!
Whilst we respect everything Salesforce has built since 1999, we believe that now is the right time to bring out a CRM that builds upon some of the platform’s downfalls. We can’t wait to take you on this journey with us, so let’s dive into the new Ben CRM!
Yellow UI Technology
In recent years, Salesforce has ‘improved’ the platform by bringing out the Lightning Experience. At Ben CRM, we very much have the attitude: “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. We were perfectly happy with the Salesforce UI circa 1999.
See that mellow yellow hue? This is our special in-house color to help reduce eye fatigue. Because when you discover Ben CRM, you won’t want to take your eyes off it!
Remember the days when CRMs had fewer objects? I mean, who really needs “Products” or “Cases”… just give me good, old-fashioned Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities. Let’s not overcomplicate anything here.
Ben Deal Alerts
Next up, we were so disappointed when Salesforce announced the retirement of Process Builder & Workflow Rules in favor of Flow – it really was the final nail in the coffin for us.
Process Builder was complicated enough to use – who needs IF and then THAT. So we’ve decided to revive the ‘top dog’ in all automation: Ben Deal Alerts. What other automation could you possibly need?
Ben Intelligence
Remember when Salesforce spent $5 Billion acquiring 12 AI companies in 2016? It was a nice try to build something truly intelligent, but we believe Salesforce missed a trick.
For those working on Microsoft Word in the early 2000s, remember how helpful Mr Paperclip was? Well, it’s about time we combined CRM + helpful characters.
Ben Intelligence will pop up every few minutes, just to check in to make sure everything is ok.
Summary
I hope you’ve enjoyed a sneak peek into our new product: “Ben CRM”. We will be taking the best parts of Salesorce and giving the people what they want!
We hope to launch next year on April 1st 2023 – stay tuned for more information, and let us know if you have any feature requests!
