Huge Changes to Salesforce Certifications: Here’s What You Need to Know

Say goodbye to WebAssessor, as all Salesforce certifications will be managed through Trailhead Academy starting at the end of July.

From July 21st, all certification activity – including Tableau and Accredited Professional – will be managed through Trailhead Academy, which means one login, one dashboard, and one place to manage every part of your certification journey.

Here’s what you need to know now:

  • July 6, 2025, is the last day to take Tableau exams in the current system.
  • Make sure the email on your Trailblazer profile matches the email used in Webassessor or your Tableau account.
  • Create a Trailblazer profile if you do not already have one, and ensure you use the same email linked to your current certification account.
  • Any exams booked for after July 13, 2025 will need to be rescheduled on Trailhead Academy once live.

Despite all the Agentforce hype, Salesforce saw their stock drop by 4.3% earlier this week following a negative rating from Wall Street investment bank D.A. Davidson.

Ultimately, Agentforce adoption has been slow. Its pricing has been cited as confusing, and the number of deals completed so far is questionable. There also isn’t enough guidance for people looking to get started. It’s evident that Salesforce have a long way to go even now with this initiative.
