What stood out most this year was the contrast between innovation and pressure. AI adoption has accelerated at an incredible pace, with daily usage nearly doubling year-on-year, while at the same time, technical debt remains the single biggest challenge facing Salesforce teams. The findings reveal a community that is incredibly adaptable and forward-thinking, but also navigating increasing complexity and expectations.
