Complete AI currently supports LLMs from OpenAI, Perplexity, and Anthropic. Traction Complete said they are building native connectors to other models, such as Amazon’s Bedrock and Google’s Gemini. The update gives customers the flexibility to choose the LLM that fits each use case best, balancing performance with cost.” This also gives those customers with several models in use more granular control over Complete AI’s output.

There is also an upcoming feature that makes data entry effortless for sales reps. With the new Conversation Intelligence feature, Complete AI will soon have attachment support, which will allow for call transcripts to be imported, associated with an account, and used for AI insights. Attachment support takes unstructured files like transcripts and lets you structure the data using Salesforce fields, making it reportable and linkable to Salesforce records.
