The 2026 SF Ben Salesforce Admin Survey is your chance to share your perspective. Whether you’re just starting out or have been an admin for years, your insights help the community understand what admin life is really like.
This is our second year running the Salesforce Admin Survey, and last year’s response was genuinely inspiring. The insights we gathered helped validate what many admins experience every day – from the challenges they face to the opportunities they’re navigating as the role continues to evolve.
This year, we’re excited to build on that foundation, but the survey only works because of the community behind it. Every response helps create a clearer, more representative picture of admin life today, and we’d love for you to be part of it.

How to Get Involved
Getting started is easy – simply click the link below to begin the survey. It has the following six sections and should take about 20 minutes to complete.

- Knowledge and Skills: Tell us about your experience and expertise.
- Technical Debt: Questions about your org and how it’s managed.
- Artificial Intelligence: How tech is changing your work.
- Tools: What apps and systems help you get the job done.
- Resources, Events, and Community: Share your relationship with the Salesforce community.
After completing the survey, you’ll have the option to enter our prize draw. Five winners will be randomly selected to receive a $200 gift card, and winners will be contacted during the W/C 9 March, 2026.
