UK ‘Plan for Jobs’ Paves Way for Salesforce Apprenticeships

In the wake of Covid-19, over 700,000 young people in the UK will be graduating into the most uncertain employment market in living memory – a difficult start to their career and which could have long term implications upon their lifetime earnings.
Chancellor Rishi Sunak is well aware of the challenges facing young people. As part of his £30bn ‘Plan for Jobs’ he confirmed incentives for employers to take on new apprentices: from up to £3,000 of support for each new apprentice they hire. To ‘strike while the iron is hot’ we are launching an apprenticeship that will connect organisations to aspiring apprentices and take advantage of these incentives.
Salesforce Apprenticeships Launch
Our launch could not come at a better time! LDN Apprenticeships is proud to be launching an apprenticeship designed specifically for young people who want to start a career in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Open to graduates and school leavers, our Salesforce Professional Apprenticeship will help hundreds, and hopefully thousands of young people to develop the skills they need to enter and succeed in the thriving world of Salesforce.com.
In September 2020, our first group of apprentices will join the programme which has been developed in consultation with employers including Pracedo, Westbrook International, Ignyto, Funding Circle, Ui Path and Digital Catapult.
Here’s what an apprentice can expect:
Be immersed in business analysis training, which will help them to build the critical thinking and investigative skills that are vital to the success of any aspiring salesforce professional.
Receive Salesforce technical training – all apprentices will achieve at least two Salesforce certifications.
Benefit from a series of courses and masterclasses to develop personal and soft skills and to network with leading figures in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Access to Salesforceben Members, the premium section of Salesforceben.com that includes mock exam questions, for apprentices to continue working towards further certifications.
This apprenticeship has been designed from the ground up to offer opportunities at scale and on demand. We are particularly excited that we are already working with a group of incredible employers in the Salesforce.com ecosystem. These brilliant companies have come together to create an opportunity that will help young people to start a career in Salesforce.
I can only hope that these new incentives attract even more employers and apprentices to the programme.
I have 8 years of IT experience and last four years was a maternity break. I recently did my Salesforce Administrator Certification and am looking for apprenticeship programme to resume my career back. It would be of great help if you could let me know of any such programme available to join in UK. Thanks in advance. Looking forward to hearing from you. Regards,
Jenifer
