Customers who have an active subscription to one or more of the Marketing Cloud Advertising Studio products received an email on September 4, notifying them of the change.

Beginning August 15 next year, you will not be able to renew your subscription to any of the Marketing Cloud Advertising Studio products.

Customers can continue using their current Marketing Cloud Advertising Studio subscription through their existing order terms.

Salesforce is investing in Data Cloud Ad Audiences as the advertising solution for marketers.

Customers can continue to use Marketing Cloud Advertising Studio, but the cloud giant recommends Data Cloud Ad Audiences going forward.

Final Thoughts

Simplicity, consolidation, and integration seem to be concepts very much at the forefront of Salesforce’s mind right now – with Data Cloud particularly in the spotlight, along with Agentforce, of course.

We may come to see even more product lines retired, with capabilities consolidated into big-name offerings from Salesforce as they streamline their product range.

I swear, I get more reliable product updates from Salesforce Ben blogs than I do from SF itself. This is applicable for us but no such announcement email was received. Thanks for the heads up.
