ServiceNow has reportedly bought Israeli AI startup Sweep in a deal worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
Sweep provides an agentic layer for enterprise systems that connects, interprets, and governs systems as they scale, working across enterprise platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and ServiceNow.
Another Salesforce Ecosystem Acquisition
Sweep was founded in 2021 by Ido Gaver and Eran Kirshenboim. It has raised $46M in disclosed funding, with its $22.5M Series B round announced in May 2025.
Its product is meant to make go-to-market teams’ systems more adaptive, with AI given the ability to act on information within enterprise software, instead of simply analyzing it.
ServiceNow and Sweep have not officially announced the deal or disclosed how much it is worth, but a ServiceNow spokesperson told CTech: “Sweep’s technology and expertise strengthen our AI-native development capabilities and advance agentic deployment for CRM. The impact for customers is direct: faster time-to-value as they scale agentic systems.”
This appears to be another ServiceNow acquisition of a company that enjoyed a reasonable amount of growth in the Salesforce ecosystem.
ServiceNow acquired Logik.AI, an AI-powered Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution, in April 2025. This was shortly after stepping into the world of CRM – with Salesforce also stepping into the ITSM world, signalling a flare-up in competition between the two SaaS giants.
The news comes shortly after ServiceNow reached a significant milestone of $1B in AI revenue ACV (Annual Contract Value). This was revealed in its Q2 2026 financial results, which also saw 24% revenue growth and a strong renewal rate.
Just two months earlier, Salesforce’s Agentforce hit $1B in revenue as well. The two SaaS giants appear to still be battling it out on multiple fronts – notably in the CRM, ITSM, and AI worlds.
