Salesforce Opens Agentforce 360 to ISVs So Partners Can Build and Distribute AI Agents

By Henry Martin

ISVs can now embed Agentforce 360 as the foundation for their agentic applications in what Salesforce is calling the “most significant expansion” of the Salesforce Platform for partners since the launch of Force.com 18 years ago.

Partners can build and commercially distribute their own AI agents and applications using core product capabilities that had previously been available to Salesforce customers. Let’s take a look at what this means for the ecosystem.

What This Means for ISVs

Partners are now not just limited to white-labeling the Force.com license, and now have access to the same AI-native foundation that powers Salesforce applications, able to use the following solutions:

  • Agentforce 360
  • Agentforce Marketing
  • Agentforce Financial Services
  • Agentforce Automotive
  • Trusted Services
  • Salesforce Foundations
  • Data 360

These had previously not been available for partners to embed and distribute as part of their solutions, instead having to build or source them on their own. Salesforce is now opening the commercial and operational foundation that supports its own products.

This means that partners can now build products using an expanded portfolio of Salesforce capabilities, with the CRM giant’s capabilities giving partners access to AI, data services, marketing orchestration, trust and identity, automation, and core workflows.

Partners can use flexible pricing and packaging models, adopting seat-based, usage-based, or consumption pricing through Flex Credits.

Salesforce says they can also leverage AppExchange with upcoming auto-provisioning and billing, generate private offers, automate order creation, and streamline order-to-cash with the Salesforce Partner Marketplace app.

Partners can access real-time consumption and business insights with automated monthly usage statements and real-time App Analytics data, providing visibility into how customers use products.

They can also tap into more than 160,000 companies, 5,000 ISVs, 7,000 system integrators, the 20 million-member Trailblazer community, and can accelerate growth by leveraging insights and research from Salesforce Ventures, the company says.

Frank Della Rosa, Research Vice President, SaaS, Business Platforms, and Industry Cloud, IDC, said: “Salesforce Agentforce 360 underscores a seismic shift in the software market, where expertise becomes the primary driver of innovation. The shift expands the opportunity for ISVs, VARs, Sis and emerging specialists to scale agents and applications rapidly and with significantly less overhead.”

Final Thoughts

Salesforce says that this expansion is building upon two decades of innovation, and opening Agentforce 360 continues this legacy with “more foundational capabilities than ever before”.

If 2025  was the Year of Agentforce, then it seems 2026 is going to be the year of even more Agentforce. There are even rumors that Salesforce is going to rename itself to Agentforce

In any case, the health of the ecosystem – in particular the partner ecosystem – is the health of Salesforce itself, so it makes sense that the cloud giant is doing all it can to push Agentforce as far and wide as possible.
