While a functional lead might have a great grasp of the business-side of a company’s operations/ industry and a technical consultant might only comprehend technical aspects, a techno-functional lead has a high level of expertise in both. This is always what I aspired to do, help bring value to the nonprofit sector not only through my understanding and experience of the sector but also have the technical background to help it move forward. My focus is on the nonprofit sector and fundraising with Salesforce. I love data and I believe that nonprofits can use technology as the great equalizer.
