With Salesforce Events around the world being cancelled due to COVID-19, Salesforce has had to reimagine these events virtually. This has already happened to some of the most anticipated events of the year, Dreamforce & TrailheaDX.
For those that can’t make these two mega-events, Salesforce holds World Tours across the globe. The World Tour’s serve to inspire the Salesforce community, showing off what global brands are doing with the latest Salesforce tech. Salesforce Live: EMEA has been announced this week to fill the void of these European wide events.
Salesforce Live: EMEA
Instead of the usual agenda, Salesforce has turned to focus on the struggles that a lot of businesses are facing at the moment, reopening and growing in the “new normal”. This 2-hour virtual event will showcase some of EMEA’s top customers and how they are reopening safely, and starting to grow again.
The event will be held on Thursday, June 18th, 2020, 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. BST / 3:00 – 5:00 P.M. CET.
The event has a host of amazing speakers including Gavin Patterson, the new President & CEO of Salesforce International, Bret Taylor, COO of Salesforce, and Simon Mulcahy, Chief Innovation Officer of Salesforce. Customer speakers also include Tract Garrad, CEO AXA PPP Healthcare, and Zoe Morris, President of Frank Recruitment Group.
In this new world we are living in, Salesforce has tried to make virtual events much like being there in person. That means that you have a bunch of sessions to choose from, and you can handpick them through the Agenda Builder.
Even though the event is only 2 hours, you still have 30 sessions to choose from, including the keynote that will run from 2:00pm – 2:30pm (You can see my favourite picks on the right).
The Salesforce Live: EMEA event is open for registration and you can sign up here, and I’ll see you there (virtually)!
