After months of anticipation from Dreamforce attendees, the band has been announced for the Dreamfest event. Previous all start line ups have included U2, Foo Fighters, Lenny Kravitz, The Killers and Alicia Keys, among many other stadium sellout performers. This year we will be graced by the presence of….drumroll, please…….Fleetwood Mac will be playing!

Dreamfest which is officially known as, The Concert For UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, is a fundraiser, as well as time for Dreamforce attendees to let their hair down. For the past few years, the event has been held in the ironically named “Oracle Park” in San Francisco.

The event is held on Wednesday 20th November, on the 2nd day of Dreamforce. If you are attending Dreamforce and are looking for events before and after Dreamfest, you can check them out on our Ultimate Dreamforce Parties list, which includes over 25 events throughout the week.

See you there!

Ok – there’s only like 4 bands on the planet that would of gotten me excited and this is the top one! Super Excited now 🙂 I don’t know the cutoff for ‘Aging Admin’ but I am 32 and on the hype train!

Love these guys, timeless music and they bring great energy to their shows. To the naysayers out there who feel “let down” – you can’t always get what you want so go with it, give it a try. They’re a quality band. 😉

It’s all included. There will be plenty of information about it nearer the time, but you just head over to Oracle Park, flash your DF pass and you’re in! All of the stalls are open for food and drink as well.

So, this is my first year to Dreamforce. How does this work? Do I have to buy tickets or is it included with my attendee pass?

      Hugo,
You knowledge of Rock and Roll Icons is lacking. Fleetwood Mac is a British-American rock band, originally formed in London.

Do not worry, Dreamforce typically has amazing warm up bands. One year the had the Killers and a great DJ to start the night off.

Amen to that, Alyssa – they’re incredible, and I honestly don’t think its simply a matter of taste! It’s actually quite painful to read all the let-down comments. Someone said they wished for Green Day; they played at Dreamforce a few years ago and though their music was fine their show was missing the liveliness everyone expected. I will also comment in good memory of The Killers knocking it out of the park when they played att Dreamforce – they were amazing and had a great show.

So, people, unless all you like is talk-rap and computer-generated pop hits, definitely see Fleetwood Mac. Their music evolved over the years to where the songs never sound the same, and Lindsey Buckingham has more energy than most 30-year-olds.
