Salesforce Communities allows us to build deeper relationships with customers and collaborate anywhere with our entire customer community, to accelerate channel sales, connect customers, transform the workplace & build an online community.
Community Builder makes it super easy to customize your community, with the addition of community templates we can build a community that gives customers the same visual and functional experience on tablets, mobile devices, or their desktops.

The addition of Lightning Partner Community is designed to help businesses and their partners accelerate sales. Extending the sales, CRM, and AI tools a business is using to its resellers, franchisees, and channel teams.
Partners typically manage their businesses in a completely separate system where users have to search across multiple channels to find the right information and register deals, all without mobile access and unfortunately creating a big gap.
